1SP0335D2S1-45 IGBT Driver

Power Integrations 1SP0335D2S1-45 IGBT Driver is a SCALE™-2 plug-and-play driver that has a compact single-channel intelligent gate driver designed for 4500V 130mm x 140mm and 190mm x 140mm IGBT modules. It features a fiber-optic interface that can be used as a stand-alone driver or in conjunction with up to three 1SP0335D2S1-45 slaves. 1SP0335D2S1-45 provides maximum flexibility since the turn on and turn off gate resistors of both channels are not assembled in order. This driver has an IGBT short-circuit protection and also monitors the supply voltage and gate voltage.

Power Integrations SCALE-2 Plug-and-Play Drivers are complete, ready to use, and tightly matched to a specific device. The drivers cover a large selection of high-power and high-voltage IGBT modules. This includes reverse voltages from 1200V to 6500V. The drivers are equipped with DC/DC converters, short-circuit protection, active clamping, supply monitoring, and more. Power Integrations Scale-2 Plug-and-Play Drivers are stand-alone products; they are not related to the Scale-2+ or Scale-2 driver ICs.
