The series offers a maximum pressure of 60psi.

DIY IGBT Cold Plates

Advanced Thermal Solutions DIY IGBT Cold Plates offer the option to fully customize the cold plate fit to the target heat source. These cold plates are suitable for IGBTs, MOSFETs, wide-bandgap devices, or other high-heat devices. The DIY IGBT cold plates come with an etched "no drill zone" to provide a visual guide to prevent drilling into the I/O ports. These cold plates offer more than 30% improvement in thermal performance and are compatible with industry-accepted coolants. The DIY cold plates are leak-free (100% tested) and offer a compact design and industry-standard threaded ports for hassle-free connections. These cold plates feature uniform surface temperature, low pressure drop, and a maximum pressure of 60psi.
